# What you need:

→ Meat

01 - 1 lb ground beef (80/20 fat ratio recommended)

→ Stuffing

02 - 1 box (6 oz) Stove Top stuffing mix, dry, any flavor

→ Liquids

03 - 2 large eggs
04 - 1 cup water (240 ml) or milk for added richness

# Directions:

01 - Set oven temperature to 350°F and lightly grease a loaf pan.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, gently mix ground beef, stuffing mix, eggs, and water or milk until just combined.
03 - Transfer mixture into the prepared loaf pan and form into a uniform loaf, smoothing the surface carefully.
04 - Place in the oven and bake for 45 to 55 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
05 - Allow the loaf to rest for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing and serving to retain juices.
