This is one of my favorite holiday treats to share with family because it looks beautiful and everyone enjoys the fresh fruit and creamy dip combination.

Ingredients

  • Fresh Fruits: 1 cup strawberries hulled and halved, 1 cup raspberries, 1 cup blackberries, 1 cup blueberries, 1 cup seedless red grapes, 1 cup seedless green grapes, 1 2 sprigs fresh mint (for garnish)
  • Creamy Dip: 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese softened, 1 cup (240 ml) Greek yogurt or sour cream, 1 3 cup (40 g) powdered sugar, 1 tsp vanilla extract, Zest of 1 lemon, 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Optional Dippers: 1 cup mini meringues or vanilla wafers, Pretzel sticks

Instructions

Step 1:
In a medium mixing bowl beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
Step 2:
Add Greek yogurt (or sour cream) powdered sugar vanilla extract lemon zest and lemon juice. Beat until creamy and fully combined. Chill until serving.
Step 3:
Arrange the assorted berries and grapes on a large serving board or platter.
Step 4:
