06 - 2 teaspoons matcha powder
07 - 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
08 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

# Directions:

01 - In a small saucepan, combine oat milk with cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and cloves. Heat gently over medium heat, stirring occasionally until steaming but not boiling.
02 - Sift matcha powder into a small bowl to remove lumps. Add 2 to 3 tablespoons hot (not boiling) water and whisk vigorously until smooth and frothy.
03 - Remove oat milk mixture from heat and stir in maple syrup and vanilla extract until fully incorporated.
04 - Pour the prepared matcha into two mugs. Slowly top each with the spiced oat milk, allowing layers to form if desired.
