# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • It balances rich, creamy, spicy, and sweet in every bite without feeling heavy.
  • You get restaurant quality flavor with ingredients you probably already have at home.
  • The honey drizzle is the secret that makes people ask for the recipe every single time.
  • It works as breakfast, lunch, or a quick dinner when you cannot be bothered to cook something complicated.
02 -
  • Do not skip the resting time after grilling the chicken, cutting into it too soon releases all the juices onto your cutting board instead of keeping them inside the meat.
  • Use a ripe but firm avocado, if it is too mushy it will turn into baby food instead of a spreadable mash with texture.
  • Toast your bread right before assembling, if it sits too long it will lose its crunch and become chewy.
  • Drizzle the honey at the very end so it stays glossy and does not soak into the toast.
03 -
  • Press the avocado gently with the back of a spoon instead of mashing aggressively, it keeps the texture creamy with small chunks instead of turning it into a paste.
  • If your honey is too thick to drizzle, warm it in the microwave for five seconds so it flows easily and coats the toppings evenly.
  • Season each component separately, salt the avocado, season the chicken, and add a pinch of flaky sea salt on top at the end for layers of flavor.
  • Make extra grilled chicken and keep it in the fridge, it turns this into a five minute meal when you need it during the week.
