# What you need:

01 - 20 red cherry tomatoes
02 - 20 green grape tomatoes
03 - 20 fresh basil leaves

04 - 20 mini mozzarella balls (bocconcini or ciliegine)

06 - 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze (optional)
07 - Sea salt, to taste
08 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

# Directions:

01 - Rinse and thoroughly dry the cherry tomatoes and fresh basil leaves. Pat mini mozzarella balls dry using paper towels.
02 - Thread onto each skewer one red cherry tomato, one mini mozzarella ball, one green grape tomato, and one basil leaf. Alternate the sequence for a varied presentation if desired.
03 - Place the completed skewers on a spacious serving platter or board, forming a triangular shape resembling a Christmas tree, starting from the base and layering rows upward.
04 - Evenly drizzle extra virgin olive oil over the skewers. Lightly season with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
05 - Optionally, drizzle balsamic glaze atop the skewers to enhance flavor and presentation.
06 - Serve immediately for best freshness or refrigerate for up to two hours prior to serving.
