Mango Blended Overnight Oats (Printable)

Tropical oats blended with ripe mango and yogurt, finished with crunchy granola topping for a refreshing start.

# What you need:

→ Oats Base

01 - 1 cup rolled oats
02 - 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
03 - 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
04 - 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
05 - 1 teaspoon chia seeds (optional)
06 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

→ Mango Puree

07 - 1 large ripe mango, peeled and diced (about 1 cup)

→ Toppings

08 - 1/2 cup granola
09 - Fresh mango slices (optional)

# Directions:

01 - Place rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, chia seeds if using, and vanilla extract into a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
02 - Add diced mango to the blender and blend again until fully incorporated and smooth.
03 - Transfer the blended mixture into two jars or bowls. Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours to soften oats and meld flavors.
04 - Stir the chilled oats, then top each serving with granola and fresh mango slices as desired. Serve cold.

# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • It tastes like a tropical vacation in a bowl but requires zero cooking skills or morning stress.
  • You make it once and eat it for days, which means guilt-free sleeping in.
  • The mango and yogurt combination somehow feels fancy enough for guests but casual enough for Tuesday.
02 -
  • If you forget to blend the mango completely, you'll end up with chunks that feel strange next to the creamy oats—blend it until it truly disappears.
  • Ripe matters more than you think; a slightly underripe mango will taste chalky no matter how well you blend it, so wait an extra day if needed.
03 -
  • Make a double batch on Sunday and you've got grab-and-go breakfasts for four mornings without thinking about it.
  • Blend the mixture slightly less smooth if you like a bit of texture—there's no police coming to check your technique.
