# What you need:

→ Greens

01 - 1 romaine heart, chopped
02 - 1 cup baby spinach, packed

→ Fruits

03 - 1 frozen banana, sliced
04 - 1 medium apple, cored and chopped
05 - Juice of 1/2 lemon

→ Herbs & Seeds

06 - 5–6 fresh mint leaves
07 - 1 tablespoon chia seeds

→ Liquid

08 - 1 1/2 cups filtered water

# Directions:

01 - Place the romaine heart, baby spinach, frozen banana, apple, lemon juice, mint leaves, and chia seeds into a high-speed blender container.
02 - Pour the filtered water over the ingredients in the blender.
03 - Blend on high speed until completely smooth, approximately 1–2 minutes, stopping to scrape down sides if needed.
04 - Taste the smoothie and adjust with additional lemon juice or mint leaves according to preference.
