# Directions:
01 - Combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast in a large bowl; let rest for 5 minutes until foamy.
02 - Add flour, salt, melted butter, and eggs to the yeast mixture; mix until a soft dough forms. Knead for 8 to 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
03 - Place dough in a greased bowl, cover with a clean towel, and let rise in a warm area for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
04 - Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
05 - Punch down the dough and divide it into 24 equal pieces.
06 - Flatten each piece, place a pinch of mozzarella, parmesan, and herbs inside, then pinch edges to seal and shape into balls.
07 - Place the filled dough balls in a wreath shape on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they slightly touch.
08 - Brush the wreath with olive oil and beaten egg, then sprinkle with sesame or poppy seeds if desired.
09 - Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
10 - Allow bread to cool slightly before serving; garnish with extra fresh herbs if preferred.
