# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • It bakes while you shower, so breakfast is ready when you are.
  • No flipping, no standing over a hot pan, and only one dish to wash.
  • Packed with protein to keep you full until lunch without the usual mid-morning crash.
  • Endlessly customizable with whatever berries, nuts, or chocolate you have on hand.
02 -
  • The center will look slightly underdone when you pull it out, but resist the urge to overbake or it will turn dry and rubbery.
  • Using a bowl that's too small will cause overflow in the oven, so make sure your ramekin holds at least 650 ml.
  • If your protein powder is unflavored, add a pinch of cinnamon or vanilla extract to brighten the taste.
03 -
  • Letting the batter rest for a minute or two before baking gives the baking powder time to activate, resulting in an even fluffier texture.
  • If you love a crispy edge, bake it for an extra minute or two, but keep an eye on the center so it doesn't dry out.
  • Use silicone ramekins if you have them, they release the pancake effortlessly and make cleanup a breeze.
